Shipping & Returns

*We do our best to avoid returns, so if you're unsure about any aspect of a product whether it be the fit of a specific shoe, or the shape of a board, please contact us by phone or email prior to ordering and we'd be happy to answer any and all questions you might have. If a return is necessary, please contact us via email referencing the order number in the subject line to obtain a return authorization. Any return requests must be made no later than 10 days after receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and if a product is being exchanged, additional shipping costs will apply. If you're seeking a refund, the amount will exclude any shipping costs.

We do not accept returns on for the following items:

  • launch product
  • sale items
  • items purchased with promotional codes
  • phone orders
